We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help!
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Custom-made pieces

How to Return an Item

Contact Us – Email our team at returns@everydaynormal.co with your order number and reason for return.

Pack It Up – Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

Send It Back – We’ll provide return instructions, including the shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original and place a new order.
Faulty Items
At Everyday Normal, we don’t do “just okay” – we do exceptional. Every single order goes through rigorous quality checks during manufacturing and packing because we believe in making homeware that looks good, feels good, and lasts.
That said, life happens. Some items naturally wear faster than others (we see you, heavy-use heroes). That’s why our products come with warranty periods that reflect their real-life durability—because style and substance should go hand in hand.
A quick PSA: Linen is a natural fibre, which means variations in colour and texture aren’t flaws—they’re part of what makes it uniquely beautiful. Our warranty doesn’t cover change-of-mind returns or damage caused by improper care (so keep your wine spills, rogue zippers, and overzealous washing cycles in check).
Got an issue? We’ve got you. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Buy Now, Pay Later (Afterpay) Terms
We’re thrilled to offer Afterpay so you can shop now and pay later — easy, flexible, and interest-free.
When using Afterpay, please note:

Returns for purchases made via Afterpay are subject to our standard return policy above.

If you return an item purchased using Afterpay, we will process your refund through Afterpay.

Your refund will be applied to your Afterpay account, adjusting or cancelling future payments as appropriate.

You’ll continue to make scheduled payments to Afterpay until your refund has been confirmed by them.

Exchanges are not supported directly via Afterpay — we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Any disputes or payment issues must be resolved directly with Afterpay.
