Shipping & delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Once they're on their way, standard shipping within Australia takes 3–7 business days. If you're in a hurry (we get it — the dinner party waits for no one), express options are available at checkout.
Yes — we ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country. No matter where in the world you're tablescaping, we've got you covered.
Flat-rate shipping applies to all orders — and the good news? Orders over $150 ship free. Because beautiful linen should always come with a little bonus.
First, check your tracking link (it'll be in your dispatch email). If your order is MIA past the expected delivery window, drop us a line at hola@everydaynormal.co and we'll track it down for you.
Product & Care
Our table linens are crafted from premium linen or otherwise stated, which is thoughtfully sourced. Linen gets better with every wash — softer, more lived-in, more you. It's made to be used, not saved for a special occasion that never comes.
Wash at 30 degrees with a non bio detergent. Do not tumble. Shake out and dry flat. Linen will always seize up after washing but as soon as you start to use/wear it the fibres relax again.
Never dry linen in direct sunlight as the colour can bleach and fade.
Our colours are dyed to last. Some softening over time is natural with linen — it only adds to the character. To keep colours looking their best, wash in cold water and avoid direct sunlight when drying.
Ordering & Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay — so you can pay in full now or spread it across four instalments. Nice linen, flexible payments. We love that for you.
We process orders quickly, so get in touch ASAP at hola@everydaynormal.co if you need to make a change. Once an order is dispatched, we're unable to make amendments — but we can help with a return once it arrives.
Not yet — but it's on the way. In the meantime, linen arrives beautifully packaged and you can add a personal gift note at checkout. Watch this space.
